Safety Seminar & Training Day  Date: 29-9-2018 To ALL competitors. The Club is holding a Safety Seminar and Training Day on the morning of 29 September starting at 10.00am. The seminar and training will be held before green sheeting starts at 12.00pm. The seminar is being held by Laurie Calendar and will cover all safety equipment including the correct mounting of safety belts and correct angle of belts when seated in vehicle and what all the numbers on safety equipment mean. After the safety seminar the fire crew will do some training including information on correct fire extinguishers for fuel that each driver uses and how to use them. At 12.00 Brendan McDowell from SNZ will cover the racing rules and what SNZ expects out of the Youth Ministock class. We encourage ALL competitors to attend the Safety Seminar and Fire Extinguisher Training. Youth Ministock competitors to stay on for Brendan at 12.00pm. YOUTH MINISTOCK COMPETITORS: All new ministock drivers are encouraged to bring along their cars even if not able to race yet. We will have people there to give advice and help in getting the driver set up correctly in their car, and also help with car set up along with any other help/advice that people new to the sport may require.
