Working Bee Date: 30-9-2018
Time: 10am Working Bee at the track to get things ready for the approaching season. Start time is 10am. The following list is just some of the jobs that are required to be done at the working bees. When you come along, please bring any tools that you can to assist with these tasks. If you can’t make one of the working bees, but would still like to help out, please contact a committee member and we can arrange for you to assist at another time. Pit Box - Wash
Check traffic lights and clean
Rubbish bins need to be cleaned
Wash down ticket box (before seasons starts)
Wheelchair shelter cleanout
Check and Replace lightbulbs in grandstand
Sheds - general tidy up
Clubrooms - Bar a general tidy up and bait put down
Clean, paint and tidy lighting boxes
Wooden seating number 3 need shelter put up behind seats
Signage (Signs fallen down need to be put back up)
Clean barriers
